Step 1: Applying - Remove loose droppings, then soak area with Dissolve-It MAX. Let sit for 20+ minutes.

Step 2: Cleaning - Scrub and remove ALL bird contaminants. Dropping staining & corrosion will stay, this is normal.

Step 3: Water Rinse - After pre-treatment, rinse with plenty of water to remove all chemicals. Wipe down with a dry cloth.

Step 4: Sanitizing - Mist spray a light mixture of dilute bleach, 10/30% bleach to water ratio. Then let dry.

Step 5: Application - The site is ready! You've eliminated the pheromones left by the bird, and now it's ready to install!
